This program aims to develop understandings of justice that will improve women’s lived realities and respect their rights.
“Women and Politics” project
This program aims to support feminist activism to democratize politics through greater political participation and fulfilment of political rights for all, free from harassment and intimidation.
Women ReClaiming Public Spaces: Confronting Rising Sexual Harassment and Violence
This program aims to raise awareness of local efforts to reclaim public spaces in Muslim contexts, and to support feminist organizing for greater autonomy and access for women in varied forms of public space.

Feminist Leadership Transnational Institutes
These Feminism in the Muslim World Leadership Institutes were developed as an international program to bring together groups of young women leaders from various Muslim countries and communities.
Women Reclaiming and Re-defining Cultures: Asserting rights over body, self and public spaces (WRRC) (2008-2012)
WLUML and the Institute for Women’s Empowerment collaborated on the joint programme “Women Reclaiming and Re-defining Cultures: Asserting rights over body, self and public spaces” as part of the activities of the UN Millennium Development Goals.
Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Development for Democratisation (WELDD) (2012-2016)
WELDD programme aimed to support young feminist activism through capacity building on transformative feminist leadership, to better equip them in their activism for socio-political change in Muslim contexts.
